This is a Yoga and movement class with emphasis on breath, ease of movement, creativity and awakening your own instinctive and ecstatic dance.

There are no 'moves' to learn.

I'll guide you through some familiar, easy, warm up yoga practice to then coming off the mat and starting to move.

I'll lead you into simple movements and an awareness of space, firing up your own inspirited dance with guidance through flowing / earthy / creative / joyful / sensual / natural / playful movements to inspiring / energizing music.


I will wind the group back down to earth, grounding with simple yoga and time for relaxation.

Every body is different. You will be encouraged to concentrate on your own practice as part of a non-competitive group.

Having your own mat is always good but mats are available.
Bring a blanket or something for warmth to cover if you tend to get cold.
