I help people feel more at home in their bodies through yoga, Hanna Somatics, breath awareness and mindful movement.
My teaching is friendly, non-competitive and grounded in real life. I am interested in how movement can support pain, stress, anxiety, confidence, ageing, rest and the simple wish to feel like yourself again.
People often describe my work as kind, patient, knowledgeable and calming.
