    I offer a variety of classes and workshops to fit your needs, whether you 
    prefer 1 on 1 sessions or the energy of a group class there is something for 
    everyone.
    
    I'm especially passionate about making yoga and somatic education accessible 
    to all which is why I create specialist programs for workplaces, workshops and in retreat senarios and where you can fully immerse yourself in the experience. 
    I offer inclusive classes like chair yoga at community centres and on-line.
  
Drawing on my visual arts background and experience in mental 
    health and work environments, I guide inclusive and accessible classes that 
    foster self discovery and empowerment through movement.
